1 - LA SOCIETE ORGANISATRICE
La Société Maison En Vogue, Société par action simplifiée, au capital de 70000 euros, dont le siège social est situé 81 avenue Kléber 75116 Paris, immatriculée au Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Paris sous le numéro 522 742 022 (ci-après la Société Organisatrice), organise un Jeu concours sur le compte Instagram de pib du 04 décembre 2018 au 24 décembre 2018 (ci-après le « Jeu »), dont les conditions sont indiquées dans le présent règlement. La participation à ce Jeu est gratuite et sans obligation d'achat.
Le Jeu sera disponible à l'adresse suivante pendant toute la durée du Jeu : https://www.instagram.com/pib/ Le Participant reconnaît être informé de la politique de confidentialité du site Facebook/Instagram qui peut être consultée directement sur le site de Facebook/Instagram.
Ce Jeu n'est pas géré ou parrainé par Facebook/Instagram. Les données personnelles collectées lors du Jeu sont destinées à la société organisatrice. Facebook/Instagram ne peut être considéré comme responsable en cas de litige lié au Jeu.
2 - PARTICIPATION
Ce Jeu est ouvert à toute personne physique majeure, résidant en France métropolitaine, Belgique et Luxembourg, Allemagne, Italie, Espagne, Pays Bas et Royaume Unis, ayant un accès à Internet et un compte utilisateur Instagram valide, associé à une adresse e-mail valide, à l'exception du personnel de la société organisatrice et de leur famille, ainsi que toute personne impliquée dans l'organisation, la réalisation, la mise en oeuvre, la promotion et l'animation du Jeu.
La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de demander à tout participant de justifier de ces conditions. Toute personne ne remplissant pas ces conditions ou refusant de les justifier sera exclue du Jeu.
Le simple fait de participer au Jeu implique l'acceptation sans réserve du présent règlement, en toutes ses dispositions, par le participant.
3 - MODALITES DE PARTICIPATION
Pour jouer, du 04 décembre 2018 au 24 décembre 2018 :
La Société Organisatrice postera sur sa page Instagram un visuel du fauteuil « Montaigu » qu'elle souhaite faire gagner à l'un de ses participants.
Pour participer au jeu, il est nécessaire de:
1. Suivre le compte @pib sur Instagram
2. Liker le visuel du concours
3. Mentionner en commentaire 1 ami
Pour ce concours, 1 gagnant sera tiré au sort par l'entreprise organisatrice ; La participation au Jeu se fait exclusivement sur la plate-forme Instagram. A ce titre, toute inscription par téléphone, télécopie, courrier postal ou courrier électronique ne pourra être prise en compte. La participation au jeu entraîne l´acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement, en toutes ses dispositions, des règles de déontologie en vigueur sur Internet, ainsi que des lois et règlements applicables aux jeux gratuits.
Toute participation incomplète, inexacte ou ne respectant pas les modalités ci-dessus (notamment ne pourra pas être prise en compte et entraînera par conséquent la nullité de la participation.
En tout état de cause, pour participer valablement au Jeu, le participant devra se conformer strictement aux conditions d'inscription telles que définies selon les cas, sur les services en ligne de la Société Organisatrice et sur ceux de ses partenaires, ainsi qu'à toutes autres instructions qui lui seraient communiquées par tout autre moyen.
4 - DOTATIONS
Le gagnant remportera un fauteuil Montaigu d'une valeur de 995 Euros.
Le lot n'est ni échangeable, ni remplaçable, ni remboursable, et ne peut donner lieu à aucune contrepartie monétaire, pour quelque raison que ce soit, même en cas de perte, de vol ou de détérioration.
Le lot ne pouvant être remis par suite d'une erreur, d'une omission ou d'une modification dans les coordonnées transmises par les gagnants, seront conservés par la société organisatrice.
5 - MODALITES DE SELECTION DES GAGNANTS
Le tirage au sort qui désignera le gagnant aura lieu une seule fois, aléatoirement parmi tous les participants éligibles ayant posté en public un commentaire sur la publication. Il sera effectué au bureau marketing situé 29 boulevard de Courcelles, 75008 Paris au moyen de l'outil indépendant COMMENT PICKER.
Le gagnant sera taggué par la Société Organisatrice en commentaire de la photo sur le compte instagram de la Société Organisatrice. Le gagnant sera invité depuis la publication en question, à envoyer par message privé sur le compte Instagram de la Société Organisatrice ses coordonnées postales au sein de l'Union Européenne, adresse électronique et téléphone de contact, ainsi que la confirmation de son acceptation du lot.
Le gagnant disposera d'un délai de quinze jours à compter de l'annonce des gagnants pour confirmer son acceptation du lot et partager ses coordonnées. Le gagnant qui n'aura pas répondu dans ce délai sera considéré comme ayant renoncé purement et simplement à son lot. A l'issue de ce délai, le lot non réclamé sera définitivement perdu.
Le lot sera envoyé par la société organisatrice à l'adresse fournie par le gagnant, sans frais pour ce dernier. Le lot ne peut donner lieu à aucune contestation d'aucune sorte, ni à la remise de leur contre-valeur en espèces, ni d'aucune contrepartie de quelque nature que ce soit.
La Société Organisatrice ne saurait être tenue pour responsable en cas de non délivrance de la publication annonçant le gain, en cas de défaillance du fournisseur d'accès, en cas de défaillance du réseau internet ou pour tout autre cas.
6 - FRAUDE
Tout participant doit se conformer au présent règlement. La Société Organisatrice peut annuler la ou les participations de tout participant n'ayant pas respecté le présent Règlement, et se réserve le droit de supprimer tout commentaire frauduleux. Cette annulation peut se faire à tout moment et sans préavis.

Il est rigoureusement interdit, par quelque procédé que ce soit, de modifier ou de tenter de modifier les dispositifs du Jeu proposé, notamment afin d'en modifier les résultats ou tout élément déterminant les gagnants et les lots qui leur sont attribuées.
Toute information inexacte, mensongère ou ne respectant pas les conditions de participation au Jeu entraînera l'élimination immédiate du participant et le cas échéant le remboursement ou la restitution du lot déjà envoyé, au choix de la Société Organisatrice.
7 - PUBLICITE ET PROMOTION DES GAGNANTS
La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit d'utiliser les noms des participants et des gagnants sans aucune contrepartie.
Le participant reconnait que la transmission de ces droits ne donnera lieu au versement d'aucune indemnité ni contrepartie.
Le participant garantit qu'il n'est pas lié par un contrat exclusif relatif à l'utilisation de son image ou de son nom.Chaque gagnant accepte par avance l'utilisation de ses nom, prénom sur quelque support que ce soit, aux fins de communication publicitaire ou autre, sur le réseau internet ou non, pendant une durée maximum de 1 an sans que cette utilisation puisse ouvrir droit à un autre bénéfice que le lot gagné.
Dans le cas où un gagnant ne le souhaiterait pas, il devra le stipuler par écrit dans le message envoyé à l'équipe en charge de la page Facebook de pib lors de la confirmation d'acceptation de son gain.
8 - LIMITE DE RESPONSABILITE
La société organisatrice ne saurait encourir une quelconque responsabilité si, en cas de force majeure ou d'évènements indépendants de sa volonté ou de nécessité justifiée (par exemple, si le Jeu ne pouvait se dérouler convenablement du fait d'un virus, d'un bug, d'une intervention d'un tiers non autorisé, d'une fraude, de problèmes techniques et/ou postaux), elle était amenée à annuler le présent Jeu, à l'écourter, le proroger, le reporter ou en modifier les conditions.
La société organisatrice ne saurait être tenue pour responsable de tout fait qui ne lui serait pas imputable, notamment en cas de mauvais acheminement du courrier, de mauvais fonctionnement ou d'interruption des communications ou des lignes téléphoniques, de l'indisponibilité du site Internet, de défaillance technique, des dysfonctionnements du réseau Internet et plus généralement, les risques inhérents à toute connexion et transmission, l'absence de protection de certaines données contre des détournements éventuels et les risques de contamination par des éventuels virus circulant sur le réseau.
Il appartient à chaque participant de prendre toutes les mesures appropriées de façon à protéger ses propres données et/ou logiciels stockés sur son équipement informatique contre toute atteinte. La connexion de toute personne au site et la participation au Jeu se fait sous l'entière responsabilité des participants.
La société organisatrice se réserve le droit d'exclure du Jeu et de poursuivre en justice toute personne qui aurait triché ou troublé le bon déroulement du Jeu
9 - INFORMATIQUE ET LIBERTES
Les informations recueillies dans le formulaire de participation sont obligatoires. Elles sont destinées à la société organisatrice en vue de la participation au Jeu, de la gestion des gagnants et de l'attribution de la dotation. Si le participant l'a accepté, les données collectées permettront de l'informer des mises à jour effectuées sur le site ou de lui communiquer des offres particulières Conformément aux dispositions de la loi 78-17 « Informatique et Libertés » du 6 Janvier 1978 modifiée, chaque participant dispose d'un droit d'accès, de modification, de rectification et de suppression des données le concernant. 10 - PROPRIETE INDUSTRIELLE ET INTELLECTUELLE
La reproduction, la représentation ou l'exploitation de tout ou partie des éléments composant le Jeu qui y sont proposés sont strictement interdites. Toutes les marques ou noms de produits cités sont des marques ou noms de produits déposés par leur propriétaire respectif.
11 - CONSULTATION DU REGLEMENT
Le règlement est disponible à tout moment sur le site internet https://www.produitinterieurbrut.com/ et adressé, à titre gratuit à toute personne qui en fait la demande avant la clôture du Jeu. La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de modifier ce règlement, toute modification sera consultable sur le site internet https://www.produitinterieurbrut.com/
12 - LITIGES
Le simple fait de participer entraîne l'acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement.
Toute modification du règlement donnera lieu à une nouvelle publication du règlement. Si une ou plusieurs dispositions du présent Règlement étaient déclarées nulles ou inapplicables, les autres clauses garderaient toute leur force et leur portée.
Le présent Règlement est soumis à la loi française. Tout différend né à l'occasion du Jeu fera l'objet d'une tentative de Règlement amiable. A défaut d'accord, le litige sera soumis aux juridictions compétentes dont dépend le siège social de la Société Organisatrice, sauf dispositions d'ordre public contraires.Aucune contestation ne sera plus recevable un mois après la clôture du Jeu.

The Maison En Vogue Company, a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of '70000 , whose registered office is located at 81 avenue Kléber 75116 Paris , registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 522 742 022 ( hereinafter the Organising Company), is organising a Game contest on the Instagram account of pib from 04 December 2018 to 24 December 2018 (hereinafter the "Game"), the conditions of which are indicated in these regulations. Participation in this Game is free and without obligation to purchase.
The Game will be available at the following address throughout the duration of the Game: https://www.instagram.com/pib/. The Participant acknowledges that he/she is informed of the privacy policy of the Facebook/Instagram site, which can be consulted directly on the Facebook/Instagram site.This Game is not managed or sponsored by Facebook/Instagram. The personal data collected during the Game are intended for the organising company. Facebook/Instagram cannot be held responsible for any dispute related to the Game.
2 - PARTICIPATION
This Game is open to any natural person of full age, residing in metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, with Internet access and a valid Instagram user account, associated with a valid e-mail address, with the exception of the staff of the organising company, as well as any person involved in the organisation, execution, implementation, promotion and animation of the Game.
The Organising Company reserves the right to ask any participant to justify these conditions. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to justify them will be excluded from the Game. The mere fact of participating in the Game implies the unreserved acceptance of these rules, in all their provisions, by the participant.
3 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
To play, from December 04, 2018 to December 24, 2018:The Organising Company will post a visual on its Instagram page of the "Montaigu" chair, the pib chair that its participants wish to win.

For this competition, 1 winner will be drawn by the organizing company; Participation in the Game is exclusively on the Instagram platform. 5 - HOW TO SELECT THE WINNERS
The winner will be the participant who will be tagged by pib as a comment on the photo on the pib instagram account. The winner will be invited from the publication in question to send by private message to the pib Instagram account their postal details, e-mail addresses and contact phones, as well as confirmation of their acceptance of the prize.
The winner will have a period of fifteen days from the announcement of the winners to confirm his acceptance of the prize and share his contact information. The winner who has not replied within this period will be considered as having simply waived his prize. At the end of this period, the unclaimed lot will be definitively lost.
The prize will be sent by the organizing company, at no cost to the winner. The lot may not give rise to any dispute of any kind, nor to the delivery of their cash equivalent value, nor to any consideration of any kind whatsoever.The Organising Company shall not be held liable in the event of failure to deliver the publication announcing the prize, in the event of failure of the access provider, in the event of failure of the Internet network or in any other case.

The Organising Company may cancel the participation(s) of any participant who has not complied with these Rules, and reserves the right to remove any fraudulent comments. The organising company reserves the right to exclude from the Game and to take legal action against any person who has cheated or disturbed the proper conduct of the Game.

They are intended for the organizing company for the purpose of participating in the Game, managing the winners and awarding the prize. 12 - LITIGATIONS
The mere fact of participating implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
Any amendment to the regulations will result in a new publication of the regulations. If one or more provisions of these Rules are declared null and void or inapplicable, the other clauses shall retain their full force and scope.These Regulations are subject to French law. Any dispute arising during the Game will be the subject of an attempt to reach an amicable settlement. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the head office of the Organising Company, unless otherwise provided by public policy.No further disputes will be admissible one month after the end of the Game.
